If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product opened or unopened within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds apply only to your first purchase of a full sized individual product.
Refunds do not apply to:

- Items purchased during a sale

Return conditions:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Proof of purchase or order details must be included
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and assessed
- Refunds issued under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee will be less the original shipping cost incurred by Clemence Organics in delivering the order, regardless of whether the customer paid for shipping or received free shipping
You may be eligible for a refund, credit note or replacement if:
- Goods were invoiced but not supplied
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is faulty and not damaged through misuse
- You experienced a reaction to the product; photographic evidence may be requested
