Organic rose water is a simple yet highly effective multi-purpose hydrosol. It works to balance pH levels and optimally prepare your skin for receiving further hydration. Repair Face Serum

Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items.

To be eligible for a refund (excluding any shipping costs), credit note or replacement of any goods*:

  • Goods invoiced but not supplied.
  • Incorrect supply.
  • Faulty product (the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment) or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required).

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Totally blown away😁

I bought the pack of mini face essentials, and to be honest was a little hesitant as I have extremely sensitive, dry skin. I have had this all my life and have always been given steroid cream as a solution to fix this problem. It never did fix it. Then I saw Clemence’ and read that it was certified organic ingredients with no fillers and was very interested, so I rang the company and spoke to a lovely lady who was extremely helpful. So I have been using the 4 products in the kit for two weeks now and my skin feels amazing and I haven’t had any negative reactions to it. I’m so happy I’ve finally found a skin product that actually works for me. These products are amazing, the girls from work said my face was glowing . Thank you so much, forever grateful Kirstie.

I'm just so impressed!

I stated using your products at the end of last year after having my second baby. I am currently 4 months postpartum and I am so shocked at how amazing my skin is looking! I was starting to develop lots of fine lines and wrinkles and my skin just looked so dull. Even though I am exhausted looking after 2 kids my skin tells a different story. I’m just so impressed! I was using another natural Australian made product but it just wasn’t delivering and honestly I don’t as starting to think that natural products don’t work as well as the chemicals but you’ve proven me wrong!
