For all international orders, excluding US, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

3. RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product opened or unopened within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds apply only to your first purchase of a full sized individual product.
Refunds do not apply to:
- Samples and minis
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Beauty tools
- Items purchased during a sale
Return conditions:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Proof of purchase or order details must be included
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and assessed
You may be eligible for a refund, credit note or replacement if:
- Goods were invoiced but not supplied
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is faulty and not damaged through misuse
- You experienced a reaction to the product photographic evidence may be requested
