Payment for online purchases can be made via Shopify Payments, Paypal or Direct Deposit using credit and debit cards. Purchases made using Direct Deposit are not processed until funds have cleared in our bank account.

Australian deliveries
- $12 standard post shipping on all orders within Australia under $100 or $18 express post shipping on all orders within Australia.
- Free shipping on all orders over $100*.

New Zealand deliveries
- $18 standard post shipping on all orders within New Zealand under $150.
- Free shipping on all orders over $150, after discount applied.

International deliveries
- 35 AUD standard shipping on all international orders.
- Free shipping on all orders over 250 AUD, after discount applied.

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

3. RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) - opened or unopened - within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Proof of purchase or order details must be included with the return
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as soon as the returned goods are received and assessed
In addition, the following conditions may qualify for a refund, credit note, or product replacement*:
- Goods invoiced but not supplied.
- Incorrect supply.
- Faulty product (the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment) or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required).
