1. PAYMENT
Payment for online purchases can be made via Shopify Payments, Paypal or Direct Deposit using credit and debit cards. Purchases made using Direct Deposit are not processed until funds have cleared in our bank account.

Australian deliveries
- $10 standard post shipping on all orders within Australia under $100 or $15 express post shipping on all orders within Australia.
- Free shipping on all orders over $100, after discount applied.
- Australia Post delivery.
- Dispatch is within 1-3 business days of placing order, however, most orders are shipped same day if placed before 2pm. Please note - during holidays and sale periods, there may be extended processing times.
New Zealand deliveries
- $18 standard post shipping on all orders within New Zealand under $150.
- Free shipping on all orders over $150, after discount applied.
- Australia Post express international delivery.
- Dispatch is within 1-3 business days of placing order, however, most orders are shipped same day if placed before 2pm. Please note - during holidays and sale periods, there may be extended processing times.
International deliveries
- 35 AUD standard shipping on all international orders.
- Free shipping on all orders over 250 AUD, after discount applied.
- Australia Post express international delivery.

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
3. RETURNS POLICY
Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items.
To be eligible for a refund (excluding any shipping costs), credit note or replacement of any goods*:
- Goods invoiced but not supplied.
- Incorrect supply.
- Faulty product (the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment) or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required).
*Please note that Clemence Organics reserves the right to determine the appropriate method of compensation. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If purchases are made using a discount code or promotion, this will be taken into account.
If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
- Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.
- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
- Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
