What is a product subscription?

A product subscription with Clémence Organics means that you can sign up to have your favourite products from our range delivered to your doorstep automatically, without having to place an order.

You can customise the frequency with which you receive your products to match your usage and preferences; whether it's monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or even half-yearly. Payment is processed automatically each time your products are dispatched.

There is no required minimum subscription duration, and you'll enjoy substantial savings when you choose to subscribe.

While subscribed, if you happen to use your products before their
scheduled delivery date, you can simply click the 'send now' button in your account to have the items sent to you immediately.

How to subscribe

1. Choose your product

Visit our shop and and navigate to the product you want to subscribe to. Once on the product page, simply choose the 'Subscribe & Save' option located above the add to cart button.

2. Select how often you'd like to receive your product

Once you've chosen the 'Subscribe & Save' option, pick your preferred delivery frequency, add to cart, and proceed with the standard checkout process. Your initial order will be shipped immediately, with subsequent orders arriving as per your chosen frequency.

3. Skip, change or cancel anytime

We'll email you 7 days before delivery so you have plenty of time to make any adjustments. It's super easy to delay delivery, update how often you receive your products, cancel your subscription, update your details or have a product sent right away. Just login to your account and click on 'Subscriptions'.

How to edit your subscription

To modify the frequency of product deliveries, cancel your subscription, update your information, or request an immediate product shipment, please refer to the details below.

First, you are required to login to your account here.

If you've already set up an account with us but forgotten your login details, the email address we've sent your subscription order notifications to will be the email address you must use to log in (or use in a password reset). Note, if you use Shop Pay with us you will receive an SMS message with a verification code to log in with as soon as you enter your email address into the login form.

If you have not set up an account with us, create a new account here. In the email field, use the same email address to which we've been sending your subscription order notifications. This ensures that the website will automatically locate and synchronise your correct subscription details for you.

After you have successfully logged in to your account, click on 'subscriptions'. This will take you to a screen listing every subscription you have established with us.

Click on the red 'Manage subscription' button associated with the subscription you would like to edit. Please note, to change the delivery address for a subscription, you must first click on the red 'Manage subscription' button and change the address within the settings for each individual subscription. This is because you can have multiple product subscriptions being sent to different addresses.

From here you can change a number of aspects of your subscription.

Change the delivery address for a subscription

  1. In the 'Shipping address' section click the 'Change' link located at the bottom right.
  2. Update the relevant details and then click the red 'Update address' button.
  3. Select the tick box to the left of the 'I understand..' text, and then click the 'Confirm' button.
  4. All done!! You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription has been edited.

Get a subscription product sent instantly

  1. Click the green 'SEND NOW' button.
  2. All done!! You will receive an email to confirm your order.
  3. Please note that this feature is currently only available at the subscription level. If you have multiple products within a single subscription, using this option will trigger delivery for all products. While we are actively working on resolving this issue, a workaround is to remove the specific product you do not wish to receive immediately and then create a new subscription for that item.

Add a product to a subscription

  1. Click the red 'Edit' button.
  2. Click the red 'Add product' button.
  3. Select your product from the list and click 'Add'.
  4. Select the tick box to the left of the 'I understand..' text, and then click the 'Confirm' button.
  5. All done!! You will receive an email to confirm that a product has been added to your subscription. Note, you will not receive this product until the next subscription renewal date.

Remove a product from a subscription that includes multiple products

  1. In the list of products, click the trash icon located to the right of the relevant product.
  2. Select the tick box to the left of the 'I understand..' text, and then click the 'Confirm' button.
  3. All done!! You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription has been edited.

Change the frequency of a product delivery

  1. Click the red 'Edit' button.
  2. In the 'schedule' section click the red edit icon located at the top right.
  3. Select your new delivery frequency from the list of options and then click the red 'Change schedule' button.
  4. Select the tick box to the left of the 'I understand..' text, and then click the 'Confirm' button.
  5. All done!! You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription has been edited.
  6. Please note, this can only be achieved on a subscription level. If you have multiple products in a single subscription and would like to change the schedule of only one of them, you are required to remove the relevant product from the subscription and then re establish it in its own subscription.

Cancel a subscription

  1. Click on either the red 'Pause' or 'Cancel' buttons.
  2. All done!! You will receive an email to confirm the pausing/cancellation of your subscription.
  3. If you pause your subscription, it makes it easier for you to re establish the subscription if you so choose later.
