Step 1: Log In to Your Account - Click on the 'Log In' link, located at the top of the website, and enter your email address and password to log in.
If you cannot remember your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' link and we will send you instructions via email on how to reset your password.
Step 2: Access the Rewards Panel - Once you have successfully logged in click on the red Clémence Rewards button, a red button with a gift icon located at the bottom left of the screen.
Within this panel, you will find the total number of points you have accumulated, plus a wealth of further information on our rewards program.
Step 3: Convert Your Rewards Points to a Discount Code - Click on the 'Ways to redeem' link, and then click on the red 'Redeem' button.
Using the slider, select the total number of points you would like to redeem. As you toggle the slider the website will automatically convert the points to their equivalent dollar value.
Once you have specified the number of points you would like to redeem, click the red 'Redeem' button.
You will now be presented with a discount code equivalent to the value of your redeemed points. Simultaneously, an email containing the same discount code will be emailed to you; please allow a minute or two for its delivery.
Upon creating your discount code, the points are deducted instantly, but the code lasts indefinitely. If you opt not to use the points immediately, make sure to keep the email containing your discount code. This way, you can apply the discount whenever you wish by simply revisiting the email providing the discount code.
Step 4: Copy the Discount Code - To copy the discount code, click on the symbol located to the right of the code representing two layered documents.
Step 5: Navigate to the cart and paste the discount code - Now, paste your discount code into the 'ENTER REWARDS POINTS CODE HERE' field located at the bottom of the cart and tap the 'APPLY' button.
To paste the discount code, select the 'Edit' option at the top of the screen and select 'paste'.
If the paste option is greyed out, it is likely due to the discount code not being selected. In this case, please refer to step 4 and copy the discount code again.
Watch as your total gets a delightful discount, thanks to your loyalty.
Your points will expire only if you have not earned or spent points for a continuous period of 12 months. We will always send you a reminder before any points expire.
Please note, a minimum order amount of $50 AUD is required to use your points.
Don't forget: Upon creating your discount code, the points are deducted instantly, but the code lasts indefinitely. Simply email us a photo of your skin before using Clémence Organics, along with a recent after photo. Please include your name, the products you use, and how long you have been using them. Once approved, we will send you a $100 voucher to spend however you like.

Just sign up to receive our newsletter using the '10% off inside' button on the left of the screen to receive a $10 discount code.
